Man jailed and given Criminal Behaviour Order for breaching community notice orders and public order offences – High Wycombe

Following our investigation, a man has been jailed and made subject to a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in High Wycombe. 

Jamie Bolton pleaded guilty to the following at a hearing at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Monday 9 February to: 

. Three counts of breaching his community protection notice 

. Three counts of breaches of his court dates 

. One count of possession of a bladed article 

. One count of public order offences 

He was subsequently sentenced to twenty weeks’ imprisonment and given a £200 fine at the same hearing. Bolton was also issued with a CBO until 8 February 2028. 

Between 3 February and 8 February, Bolton breached a number of his community notice orders, which included begging to members of the public.
